Instead of attempting to force an Indian tribe off their land, the government is trying to reclaim the property of white settler Sigrod Swanson (David Brian) and then give it back to the Indians. The title character, Eelay-O-Wahnee (May Wynn) is a half-breed Sioux, whom Swanson has singled out for persecution.
